The eSAIL is a 43-item online questionnaire designed to assess adaptive style. The questions are served individually and responses are timed in milliseconds. Each item on the eSAIL is answered on a seven-point scale. The score for each item ranges from -3 (strongly disagree) to 3 (strongly agree) with 0 being neutral. The eSAIL typically takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
